- The game. Seamfall is a free-to-play game operated by [company]. You need a connection to play; features may change.
- Your account lives on our server and is tied to your device. Use a transfer code (Settings → Transfer to a new device) before changing phones. We can't recover progress without one.
- Virtual items (Sparks, Prisms, heroes, cards, potions) are a limited licence to use in the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged outside the game, and aren't refundable except where the law requires. Only potions bought with Prisms can be traded on the in-game trade post.
- Random rewards. Summons are random. Odds, pity rules and the limited number of Radiant copies are shown in the game before you pull. Radiant copies are limited server-wide; when they run out, pulls grant the standard version.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play. Minors need a parent's permission; age-based monthly limits apply.
- Conduct. No cheating, exploiting bugs, automation, harassment, hateful or sexual content in names or chat, or real-money trading. We may mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
- Ending. You can delete your account at any time. If we ever shut the game down we'll give at least 60 days' notice in the game.
- Liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Consumer rights in your country are not affected.
