Delete my data

In the game (fastest)

Open Seamfall and go to More → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your progress, profile, currencies, and collection from our server. It cannot be undone.

Can't open the game?

Email [support email] with your friend code (found in Settings before you lost access, or in any past support conversation) and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm your identity and process the request within a reasonable time.

What gets deleted

Your install identity, game progress, display name, chat history tied to your account, and profile data. Purchase records may be retained separately as required by tax law, and some data (e.g. chat messages you sent to other players) may be retained briefly for moderation as described in our Privacy Policy.

Just want a copy first?

Use Settings → Download my data in the game to export everything we store about your install as a JSON file before deleting.
